At Rut Hormone Clinic, we’ve designed a seamless and personalized process to ensure you receive the best care tailored to your needs, particularly in the realm of bioidentical hormone treatments. 

Scheduling Your Appointment – You can call us or book online, whichever is most convenient for you. Once scheduled, you'll receive intake forms via a link in your email to be completed in a secure patient portal before your visit. These forms help our nurse practitioner understand your concerns, medical history, and wellness goals, which are essential for achieving hormonal balance. 

In-Person Consultation – During your one-on-one consultation, our nurse practitioner will discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and health objectives. This step allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs and determine the next steps in your personalized hormone therapy care plan. 

Laboratory Testing – Based on your consultation, we will order laboratory tests to assess hormone levels, metabolic health, and other key biomarkers relevant to your concerns. 

Results Review & Personalized Plan – Once your lab results are ready, we’ll schedule a follow-up either by phone or in person—whichever you prefer. Our nurse practitioner will explain your results in detail and work collaboratively with you to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with your health goals.

We don't use insurance for payment. Instead, we accept cash, checks, all card types, and HSA payments for our bioidentical hormone treatments aimed at achieving hormonal balance through effective hormone therapy.

Our goal is to make self-care and wellness affordable to our community through options like monthly payment plans. Rates vary based on the type of therapy you choose, including bioidentical hormone treatments, and increase with additional services. These monthly costs cover your medication, supplies, discounted supplementation pricing, and follow-up appointments, all aimed at achieving hormonal balance through effective hormone therapy. Please note that labs are an additional cost.

At Rut Hormone Clinic, we offer flexible and cost-effective options for your laboratory testing, ensuring accessibility for all patients seeking hormonal balance. 

Choose Your Preferred Lab – During your consultation, you and your nurse practitioner will discuss where you’d like to complete your laboratory evaluation. We offer multiple options to accommodate your needs, whether you are interested in bioidentical hormone treatments or general health assessments. 

Insurance-Based Lab Testing – Our clinic is partnered with Sanford Health and CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, allowing you to use your health insurance to cover lab costs. If you choose this option, we will send your lab order directly to your facility of choice, making the process smooth and hassle-free. It is your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage, policy provisions, exclusions, limitations, and authorization requirements. Many insurance companies will not pay for tests that they feel are 'not medically necessary,' even if your provider believes they are; each insurance company has its own definition of 'medically necessary.' 

Affordable Cash-Pricing Options – If you don’t have insurance or prefer a self-pay option, our nurse practitioner has access to exclusive cash-based pricing through Access Labs, as well as an online lab service portal. This ensures that you receive high-quality testing at a fraction of the cost of traditional lab fees. We do not provide the collection of labs in house.
